I'm an Specialist IT Technician with 3 years of experience providing technical assistance, managing tickets, and maintaining IT infrastructure. I'm skilled in integrating applications and hardware, supporting OS X, Linux, and Windows Server environments, as well as M365 and Azure. I also have strong expertise in networking and cybersecurity.

Beyond my IT support role, I'm actively building web applications and expanding my development skills. I'm currently working with modern web technologies including Astro.js, Tailwind CSS, React, SQL, and other cutting-edge tools to create efficient, scalable solutions.
